By accessing or using nolgy.in or any services provided by Nolgy Technologies ("Nolgy", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Nolgy provides IT engineering services including Digital Architecture, Native Product Engineering, Strategic Consulting, Managed Infrastructure Operations, and the Lobby AI Voice Agent. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work signed between Nolgy and the client. These Terms of Service apply to website use and general interactions; project-specific obligations are governed by those separate agreements.

You may use nolgy.in for lawful purposes only. You must not:

— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems. — Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website at scale. — Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content. — Use the website to distribute unsolicited commercial communications.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.

All content on nolgy.in — including text, design, graphics, code examples, and the Nolgy and Lobby marks — is owned by or licensed to Nolgy Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Brief quotations with clear attribution are permitted for editorial and non-commercial purposes.

Access to Lobby as a commercial product is governed by a separate Service Agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. The interactive demo available on nolgy.in is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo conversations may be used by Nolgy to improve the product and are not confidential. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the demo interface.

The website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. Nolgy makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Case study metrics and client outcomes described on the website reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of results for future projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nolgy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from website use shall not exceed INR 1,000.
