Nolgy Technologies is an IT services and product company registered in India. We provide Digital Architecture, Native Product Engineering, Strategic IT Consulting, Managed Infrastructure Operations, and Lobby — an AI Voice Agent product. References to "Nolgy", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Nolgy Technologies.

When you use our website (nolgy.in) or contact us, we may collect the following:

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process your IP address and request data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not currently embed third-party social media tracking scripts on this site.

Lobby is a separate product offered by Nolgy. Voice call data processed through Lobby deployments is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement entered into with each client. Lobby does not retain call audio beyond the duration required to generate a response unless explicitly configured to do so by the deploying client. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of Lobby complies with applicable telephony and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nolgy.in with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
